Welcome to Speed Cycling ("the Game"), developed and published by Windepic Limited ("Windepic", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the Game.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Windepic Limited governing your use of the Game and any related services.
Windepic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game on a compatible mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to your compliance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

The Game may offer in-app purchases for virtual currency ("Gems"), cosmetic items, and other digital content. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
Windepic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Game or other players.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Windepic does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Game will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Windepic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through in-game announcements or via email.
This Privacy Policy describes how Windepic Limited collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use Speed Cycling. By using the Game, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., Google Play, analytics providers, ad networks) who help us operate the Game. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data only on our behalf.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, firewalls, and secure servers to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Game. We may retain certain data after account deletion for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
By pre-registering for Speed Cycling on Google Play, you agree to the following pre-registration terms:
Pre-registration is a free service that allows you to express interest in Speed Cycling before its official release. When the Game becomes available on Google Play, you will receive a notification and the app will be automatically downloaded to your device if you have enabled automatic updates.
Players who pre-register will receive exclusive launch rewards, including:
Rewards will be credited to your account within 72 hours of your first login after the official launch. You must log in within 30 days of the launch date to claim your rewards. Unclaimed rewards after 30 days will be forfeited.
Pre-registration is completely free. You are under no obligation to download, install, or make any in-app purchases when the Game is released. You may cancel your pre-registration at any time before the launch date through Google Play.
The official launch date has not yet been announced. Windepic will notify all pre-registered users via Google Play and email when the release date is confirmed. The launch date is subject to change at Windepic's discretion.
Pre-registration rewards are limited to one per Google Play account. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for real currency. Windepic reserves the right to modify or substitute rewards of equal or greater value.
You may cancel your pre-registration at any time through the Google Play Store. If you cancel before the launch date, you will not receive the pre-registration rewards. If you cancel after the Game has been automatically installed, you may uninstall the Game like any other app.
