1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or playing "Speed Cycling" via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the application.
2. User Accounts and Eligibility
- You may need to link your Google Play Services or Apple account to access multiplayer features and save game progress.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. In-App Purchases (IAP) and Virtual Items
- Platform Billing: All in-app purchases in "Speed Cycling" are processed through the respective platform's payment gateway (Apple App Store In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing). You agree to abide by the respective platform's payment terms.
- No Refunds: Except as required by applicable law or platform policies (such as Apple's or Google's standard refund regulations), all purchases of virtual currency (Gems, Coins) or in-game items (Bikes, Shaders) are final and non-refundable.
- Virtual Ownership: Virtual items and currencies have no real-world monetary value and constitute a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable license to use within the game.
4. Code of Conduct and Fair Play
To maintain a competitive and fair environment in "Speed Cycling," you agree NOT to:
- Use exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the game experience.
- Disrupt real-time multiplayer matchmaking or engage in toxic behavior toward other players.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the game.
- Violation of these rules may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without compensation for unused virtual items.
5. Real-World Safety Advisory and Disclaimer
- Virtual Simulation Notice: "Speed Cycling" is a work of fiction and a virtual entertainment simulation. The physics, speeds, stunt maneuvers, and racing strategies depicted in the game are amplified for entertainment purposes and do not reflect safe real-world cycling practices.
- Assumption of Risk: Real-world cycling carries inherent risks of severe physical injury, property damage, and fatalities. Windepic Limited does not encourage or endorse replicating any in-game actions in real life. You explicitly agree that any real-world riding you undertake is entirely at your own risk and responsibility, and you are solely responsible for wearing proper protective gear (such as helmets) and obeying local traffic laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to "Speed Cycling" (including but not limited to 3D bike assets, code, custom material shaders, audio, and UI designs) are and will remain the exclusive property of Windepic Limited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Windepic Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the game.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
